The first things that come to mind are: an industrial site, a wasteland, an empty space that can be developed.

If I had the opportunity to have a wasteland to renovate, I would find it a shame to make it a home. I would find the right balance to make this virgin plateau, conducive to all possibilities, a lively space and alive all day.

Because we are all different, each project is unique.
